Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Spread the spinach dip mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
While the dip is baking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the tortilla chips and toast them for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are crispy and lightly golden.
Once the dip is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
