Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash approximately 3 ripe bananas until smooth. Add nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the banana mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly to create a compact layer.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until edges are golden brown, then cool completely in the pan.
  5. Once cooled, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into 16 squares.
