Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional

Method
 

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  3. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to mix well.
  5. If desired, drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor and toss once more.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
