- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of biscuit mix, 1 cup of sour cream, ¼ cup of mayonnaise, and 1 can of diced green chiles. Stir until blended.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Layer half of the ground beef mixture, half of the biscuit mixture, and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat, finishing with the remaining cheese.
