Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until they form stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold the cottage cheese into the whipped egg whites.
  5. Fold in blueberries and sprinkle salt.
  6. Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and shape into a loaf.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before slicing.
