  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella, or gluten-free cheese
  • 1 cup French-Fried Onions can substitute with homemade crispy shallots
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease and season.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine uncooked rice, French onion soup mix, and beef broth, then fold in the cooked ground beef and sour cream.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top evenly.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
