Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set but still slightly soft, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer the cooked bacon evenly over the rolls, followed by the scrambled eggs.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, then place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
