Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions (8-10 minutes), reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice and zest, and chicken broth/pasta water. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and half of the parsley to thicken the sauce slightly.
  6. Combine cooked chicken and linguine with sauce, adding Parmesan cheese until well-coated.
  7. Garnish with remaining parsley and serve with garlic bread and salad.
