Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes less than package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth; season to taste.
- Fold in diced ham and 1.5 cups of cheese, then add cooked noodles and combine gently.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
