For the Pasta Base
  • 1 package Spaghetti Cook al dente
For the Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken Rotisserie chicken is a great option
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easy blending
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Homemade version can be used
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt is a good substitute
  • 1 pack Ranch Seasoning Mix Can substitute for other herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can enhance flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
For the Toppings
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Sharp cheddar for flavor
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated or shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon Can use turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley Optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Add drained spaghetti and stir until coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
