Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Turkey Tetrazzini
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti or linguine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a deep pot, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
