  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing fresh broccoli thoroughly to remove any dirt. Chop the broccoli into small florets. Optional: blanch the florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes then place them in ice water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched broccoli with shredded cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and your chosen egg or flax egg. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls or patties, roughly the size of golf balls. Place them on a plate or tray.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Lightly grease the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the shaped poppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, let the poppers cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
