Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, ensuring they are not crowded.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
