Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  4. Dip each shrimp first into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray or brush the shrimp with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  6. Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
