Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably panko for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken tenderloin in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or drizzle with cooking spray or olive oil for added crispiness.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
