Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Scramble eggs in the same skillet for 3–5 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Combine the cooked eggs and sausage with shredded cheese in a bowl.
  5. Fill tortillas with the mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until crispy and golden; optionally broil for 2-3 minutes.
