Preparation
  1. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with Parmesan.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko mixture.
  4. Fry chicken in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Make the dressing by whisking together mayo, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Toast buns by buttering and heating until golden.
  7. Assemble the sandwich: spread dressing, add romaine, then crispy chicken, topping with more Parmesan.
