  3. Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and then press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet to about 350°F and ensure it covers the bottom with ½ to ¾ inch depth.
  5. Fry 2-3 coated chicken cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
