Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese with chopped dill pickles and garlic powder in a large bowl. Optionally, add breadcrumbs and stir well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the mixture, form into flattened mounds, and place on the tray.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes, until cheese melts and edges turn golden brown.
  5. Let bites cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes to firm up and become extra crispy.
  6. Serve warm with ranch dressing, spicy mayo, or extra pickle slices for dipping.
