Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Drain the tofu and press to remove excess moisture. Grate the tofu using a cheese grater or food processor.

  3. Spread the grated tofu on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
  4. Prepare the bulgogi sauce by mixing grated Asian pear, soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic, blending well.
