Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly greased.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning, mixing until cohesive.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls about 1 to 1½ inches in size and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning until golden and crispy.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
