Preparation
  1. Cut your steak into bite-sized pieces and wash and dice your potatoes into small cubes.

Cooking the Dish
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until steak is fork-tender and potatoes are soft.

  1. Remove lid, add more cheese on top, and allow it to melt before garnishing with green onions.
