- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 aluminum baking pan by lining it with foil.
- In a stand mixer, combine 1 cup of unsalted butter, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 cup of golden brown sugar. Beat until fluffy.
- Mix in 2 large eggs and 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract until smooth.
