  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate into the prepared pan and chill for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate in the same double boiler until silky smooth.
  5. Pour the melted white chocolate over the chilled dark chocolate layer and sprinkle remaining crushed candy canes on top.
