Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Garlic Flatbread
  1. Combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to the flour mixture, gently folding it in until a dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, roll into balls, and flatten slightly.
  5. Roll each ball into a flatbread shape, aiming for a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  6. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  8. Brush one side of each flatbread with the garlic mixture and place in the air fryer basket.
  9. Air fry the flatbreads for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
