For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle Mayo Can replace with plain mayo for less heat.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bacon for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  2. In the same skillet, melt cheese on a tortilla for 1-2 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Layer bacon, lettuce, and patted-dry tomato on the cheese-covered tortilla.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
  6. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for serving.
  7. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
