Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by lining an 8 x 6 quarter sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add softened unsalted butter and beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually sift in powdered sugar and mix on low speed until smooth.
  4. Blend in blueberry flavor paste along with salt, then add whole milk and beat until smooth and pipeable.
  5. Spread the blueberry buttercream mixture in the lined pan, smoothing the top, and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Lift the buttercream slab from the pan and cut into 1" squares.
  7. Let the squares dry at room temperature for about 12-24 hours.
  8. Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl, stirring until smooth.
  9. Dip each square in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray to set.
  10. Allow dipped chocolates to set completely, then transfer to an airtight container.
