- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, black pepper, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Unroll crescent roll dough on a floured surface, separate the triangles, and flatten them.
- Spoon filling into the center of each dough triangle and fold the edges to seal.
- Brush a beaten egg over the tops of each pillow and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk and cream until thickened. Stir in Parmesan.
