  • 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
For the Yogurt Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Can use dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adjust to taste
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Black Poppy Seeds Optional

Method
 

Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients: cooked chicken, chopped apple, grapes, celery, nuts, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped apple, halved grapes, sliced celery, and nuts. Add dried cranberries.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the salad mix and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Spoon over fresh greens or serve in lettuce cups.
