Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs to the yogurt mixture. Stir well with a spatula for another 1–2 minutes.
  3. Drain the albacore tuna and flake into the bowl. Combine gently with a fork.
  4. Finely chop celery and red onion; add to the tuna mixture. Fold everything together with a spatula.
  5. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning with lemon juice, salt, and pepper as needed.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
