- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, a pinch of ground nutmeg, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- Beat together ½ cup of softened unsalted butter, ¾ cup of granulated sugar, and ¾ cup of brown sugar for about 2-3 minutes.
