  • 1 cup Cooked Breakfast Sausage or Bacon Crumble for easy mixing; alternatives include ham or turkey.

Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter Can omit for a lighter version.
  • to taste Chopped Parsley/Chives Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, then scramble in a skillet until fully cooked.
  3. Cook the crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon in the same skillet until browned.
  4. Flatten each round of refrigerated biscuit dough into a 4-5 inch circle.
  5. Spoon the egg and sausage mixture into the center of each flattened dough round, topping with cheese.
  6. Seal the edges of the dough, forming balls with the filling securely inside.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
  8. Bake for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
