Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Begin by seasoning the boneless skinless chicken thighs with kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let the seasoned chicken sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it shimmers. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet.
- Cook the chicken thighs for approximately 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove the chicken and tent it with foil.
- Add the bang bang sauce to the skillet, scrape up brown bits and let it simmer over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce, heating through for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes
For best results, use medium heat for frying and ensure your bang bang sauce is smooth before coating the chicken.
