Method
 

Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop broccoli into florets and thinly slice red onion. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, let cool and chop.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Combine pasta, veggies, and bacon in a bowl. Pour dressing over and fold gently.
  5. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  6. Before serving, stir salad and sprinkle bacon on top.
