  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mineral salt or to taste

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cool running water for 1-2 minutes.
