Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease your pizza pan with oil.
  2. Sprinkle a thin layer of cornmeal on the pan for extra crunch.
  3. On a floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a 12-14 inch circle and dock it.
  4. Lift the dough onto your prepared pan aiming for a rustic shape.
  5. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough leaving a ½-inch border.
  6. Sprinkle low-moisture mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  7. Fill a squeeze bottle with sour cream and pipe a spiral to create the web.
  8. Use a toothpick to drag outward through the spiral for web design.
  9. Place black olives on the web to form spider shapes.
  10. Bake the pizza in the oven for 12-18 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let the pizza rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
