  • 8 large Eggs Well beaten
  • 2 cups Whole Milk Lower fat options can be used

  • 1 cup Hollandaise Sauce Homemade or store-bought
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Chives or Parsley)

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice 6-8 English muffins in half, toast them until golden brown, and layer half in the baking dish, cut side up.
  3. Evenly distribute 8 ounces of Canadian bacon over the layer of toasted muffins.
  4. Whisk together 8 large eggs, 2 cups of whole milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth, then pour over the layers.
  5. Drizzle 1 cup of hollandaise sauce across the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
