  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Method
 

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, black olives, and pepperoncini peppers.
  2. Toss the salad ingredients together until well mixed.
  3. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss again to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  4. Top the salad with croutons and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
