  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Use plain or Italian seasoned.
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped, for serving.

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Coat the baked meatballs with the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with additional parsley.
