  • 1 cup Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Arrange the Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Using a spoon, generously drizzle the garlic butter mixture over each cracker.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the crackers are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
