  1. Cut the sirloin or ribeye steak into bite-sized cubes, season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned steak cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side.
