Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Steak Bites
- Cut the sirloin or ribeye steak into bite-sized cubes, season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned steak cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side.
- Reduce the skillet heat to medium, add 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter and once melted, sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Return the seared steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter for an additional 1–2 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, melt an additional tablespoon of butter, sauté minced garlic, then add 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Serve by drizzling the creamy Parmesan sauce over the steak bites or on the side, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
Avoid overcrowding the skillet when searing to maintain heat. Always use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
