Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the garlic lemon butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
