  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs For binding
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder
  • 1/2 medium Onion Grated or finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Fresh or dried
For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter For richness
  • 2 tbsp Flour To thicken the sauce
  • 1 cup Milk Whole milk for best results
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan For the sauce

  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, grated onion, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small loaves or fill muffin cups, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
  4. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown and an internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While baking, melt butter in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic. Add flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in milk until the sauce thickens. Stir in grated Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Remove meatloaves from the oven, let them rest, then serve with the garlic Parmesan cream sauce drizzled on top and enjoy!
