Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce by mixing together the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  5. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce until well coated.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
