  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs oregano, basil, thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
  5. Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
