Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse shrimp under cold water, then shell and devein them. Pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Add shrimp to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange shrimp in a single layer.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from oven, let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve hot.
