Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to coat.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
During the last few minutes of cooking, add the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls to the grill to warm them slightly.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Top each chicken breast with grilled tomatoes, mozzarella, and chopped basil.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
