- Cut the croissants into quarters and spread them evenly across the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the diced ham over the croissant pieces followed by shredded Swiss cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together large eggs, milk, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers and press down with a spatula to soak.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the casserole.
