Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Cut the croissants into quarters and spread them evenly across the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the diced ham over the croissant pieces followed by shredded Swiss cheese.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together large eggs, milk, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers and press down with a spatula to soak.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the casserole.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
