  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Use nutritional yeast for vegan version

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large deep skillet over medium heat, add the lean ground beef, using a wooden spoon to break it apart into smaller pieces. Cook for about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery to the skillet. Stir together and cook for approximately 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and minced garlic, mixing thoroughly. Season with salt and ground black pepper, then lower the heat to medium-low. Allow to simmer gently for 15 minutes.
  4. Once the sauce has thickened to your liking, mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and incorporated. Remove from heat.
  5. Prepare your favorite cooked pasta according to package directions. Once ready, serve the Pasta Bolognese by ladling the sauce over the noodles. Garnish with extra grated Parmesan if desired.
