  • 2 cups Beef Broth Can substitute with chicken broth.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese For adding creamy goodness.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Yogurt For creaminess.
  • 1 cup Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Adds a burst of freshness.
  • 2 cups Corn Chips For crunch and flavor.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, stirring for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add black beans, corn, green chili, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
  6. Adjust consistency by adding water if too thick. Serve hot.
  7. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream or yogurt, and fresh cilantro. Serve with corn chips.
